Had a fabulous experience with Luxe! The customer service was very prompt and professional during the booking process. The clean itself was exceptional and I felt they really went the extra mile compared to other services. When you use a cleaning service I find there are always little areas that you find in your home that get missed and I did not find that at all with Luxe. There was so much attention to detail!

I have had no complaints since Luxe started cleaning our home. They do a wonderful job and sometimes add an extra touch that I didn’t pay for (Example: I took my stuff under my tree to the side so it was easier for them to clean, and the lady put it all back for me). The products they use don’t leave steaks (like mine 😐 ). The ladies have all been very friendly and I’m grateful for the service the company provides making our life a little easier.

Everything was super clean and attention was paid to small details like small pieces of chrome on bathroom vanity handles. Things like straightening out a blanket in a couch showed me they take pride in the appearance of a home when they are finished. Very appreciated.

I started to use Luxe in 2016 when my husband started working out of town. I had the bi-weekly basic cleaning service (2.5ish hours) every other Friday. I was amazed at how reasonably priced Luxe was and was happy with the quality of work that was completed. The personalized note and chocolate left at the end of the clean was a nice touch! The best part is I didn’t need to be home in order to get my home cleaned. I just left a key or alarm code and they locked up when they were through!
